Holy Island Harbour is run by the Holy Island of Lindisfarne Community Development Trust. The muddy area is called The Ouse and is used as a mooring for local fishing boats and yachts and pleasure boats. On the beach are the famous upturned boats, old herring boats converted in to fishermen’s sheds. The harbour is a working environment and people are not encouraged to walk here, especially on the pier.
The Harbour Master is Paul Douglas and he can be contacted by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
The harbour is available for day visitors and for mooring hire or boat storage. To discuss your requirements please contact the Harbour Master or staff at the Lindisfarne Centre.
